Delete your BedsideDx account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside BedsideDx on the web or in the app. It takes about a minute.

How to delete your account

Sign in with the email on your account.
Open Your account (Account or Manage Subscription in the menu).
Under Delete my account, type your email to confirm and choose Permanently delete my account.

What is deleted

Your sign-in and your account record (email, name, plan status).
Your organization memberships, which also frees any seat you held.
Your usage history (page activity and AI Mode counts).
The link between you and any feedback you sent us; the feedback text itself is kept, anonymised.

If you have a personal subscription it is cancelled at the same time, immediately, with no further charges. Remaining time on the current billing period is not refunded automatically — to use it up first, cancel from Manage subscription on your account page and delete your account after the period ends.

What is kept

Billing records held by our payment processor, Stripe, are retained as required by tax and accounting law. The anonymous video-viewing totals reported to an institution were never tied to your name and are unaffected. Organizations you created continue to exist for their members.

If you administer an organization

Deletion is refused while you hold administrator rights for a program, so that the program is never left without an administrator. Give those rights to a colleague under My organization, then delete your account.

If you can't sign in

Email support@bedsidedx.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm your identity and remove the account for you.
