Lateral Epicondylitis Test

How to Perform

Stabilize the patient's elbow with one hand, thumb over the lateral epicondyle. Ask the patient to make a fist, pronate the forearm, and extend the wrist against your resistance. A positive test is reproduction of pain at the lateral epicondyle.
