How to Perform
Stabilize the patient's elbow, thumb over the medial epicondyle, with the forearm supinated. Ask the patient to flex the wrist (and/or pronate the forearm) against your resistance; alternatively, with the elbow extended, passively supinate the forearm and extend the wrist. A positive test is reproduction of pain at the medial epicondyle.
